Simplify your life from the inside out – book launch

Today is a good day. For no other reason than I am here to share my book with you – whomever knocks on this door and arrives here. The simple act of taking a step forward is worthy of celebration and makes me smile.

I won’t go into endless details about the book itself as I have a whole page devoted to the details and testimonials and you can even download the first 61 pages to read right now if you want to “try before you buy”. For the rest of this week it will be 30% off so I would love you to check it out.

Months ago I thought I would be terrified to launch this baby out into the world. Instead I am excited and proud. I have re-read my own book many times in the last week or two and I am in love with it and hope you will fall in love too.

What I want to talk about today is your own launches. What will you launch? do? create? try?

simplify your life from the inside out

Whatever it is that you want to do in this life – go for it.

You may not know exactly how it will happen – the details and all the T’s that need crossing and I’s that need dots – that is okay.

The biggest step is actually the first one you take. If you push through your fears, your questions and your resistance and actually take that step you have already kicked ass and won.

I honestly don’t think anything that follows is ever as hard as fighting through the self talk, the endless questions, worry, self doubt that holds you back before the first step.

Sometimes the journey is a hard one, but stop and acknowledge you are actually doing it – started dating again, took up jogging, attending classes, writing your blog, putting yourself out there.

Sometimes the journey turns out to be easier than you ever imagined — that is because we are often imagining that worse case scenario and thinking it will be our reality.  It rarely is.

Sometimes the journey is also the destination. You think you are trying to achieve something or meet a goal, but the reality is the path you took to get there was the real need, the real place you had to visit.

You can be changed forever just by taking one step.

So today I urge you to take that first step – whether it is reading my book and starting on a path of your own (just as you are) or reaching out to someone, making a call, testing the waters, just stepping out a little bit for now – just let yourself begin the journey and see where it takes you.

I would love to know – what is your first step? what do you want to change? what do you want to do? Tell me and make it that little bit more real.

Find your simple,

Deb

“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”

Love these words!

First step is always the hardest but it’s definitely worth making and even if you have to make it more than once. Congratulations Deb!
