Amazingly it is one week until Christmas! In case you were still looking for ideas for Christmas baking for your celebrations or gifts I rounded up some really cute and creative ideas from pinterest. I will be linking up with Tina Grey and Natasha at 5 minutes just for me. Click on the link to go straight to the pin.

Do you fancy baking some cookies?

Rudolph Peanut Butter cookies

Christmas tree m&m cookies are easy enough even I can manage them!

Perhaps you are in the mood for cupcakes for a crowd?

Tree Christmas Cupcakes

Santa Cupcakes

Mistletoe Cupcakes

Or maybe you are trendy and want to make some cool pops – cake, cookie or marshmallow varieties.

Christmas tree pops

Santa’s belly pops

Rudolph Chocolate dipped marshmallows pops

Maybe you just want to go against trend and pull together something with what you have in the house like cereal, chocolate bars or ice cream cones!

Ice cream cone trees

Me? We are playing it safe – we already attempted a gingerbread house and failed miserably:

So we are now playing it safe with recipes from this great and cheap cookbook we found at the supermarket (so far white chocolate mousse, tomorrow Santa hats (made from strawberries – coconut – white chocolate and mini marshmallows) and wreath cookies (basic cookie in a circle, icing sugar icing + mini red M&Ms and spearmint leaves) – photos to come on Facebook page!.

Enjoy whatever baking you choose to do!

Find your simple,

Deb

Now that Pinterest has hit the scene I could lose myself in Christmas altogether! The pinning alone is fabulous, let alone the trying out of all the pins (some of the pins!). Merry Christmas to you, Deb. It’s been an absolute delight getting to know you this year. I look forward to many more ‘chats’ in the new year. x

I want to bake, and all these inspire me all the more, but I just can’t get the motivation going when everything else is so disorganised around here. I will live vicariously through these pictures.

Nothing wrong with attempting the gingerbread house – you can always improve! Some awesome looking treats there :)

Wow, you have found some really amazing ideas. Sadly I am visiting you AFTER Christmas. I’ll have to keep some of these in mind for next year.

Glad you found it even if it was too late! I always find ideas so close to the holidays anyway – already started pinning for next year …
