Maybe you just want to go against trend and pull together something with what you have in the house like cereal, chocolate bars or ice cream cones!

Me? We are playing it safe – we already attempted a gingerbread house and failed miserably:

So we are now playing it safe with recipes from this great and cheap cookbook we found at the supermarket (so far white chocolate mousse, tomorrow Santa hats (made from strawberries – coconut – white chocolate and mini marshmallows) and wreath cookies (basic cookie in a circle, icing sugar icing + mini red M&Ms and spearmint leaves) – photos to come on Facebook page!.

Enjoy whatever baking you choose to do!
Find your simple,
Deb

Now that Pinterest has hit the scene I could lose myself in Christmas altogether! The pinning alone is fabulous, let alone the trying out of all the pins (some of the pins!). Merry Christmas to you, Deb. It’s been an absolute delight getting to know you this year. I look forward to many more ‘chats’ in the new year. x

I want to bake, and all these inspire me all the more, but I just can’t get the motivation going when everything else is so disorganised around here. I will live vicariously through these pictures.
